Mom's Trip
I talked to my mother over the weekend, and she seemed pretty excited about something, and I didn't know what it was at first. Then she told me she was taking a trip in August.
Yeah this is some trip she is going on, she is leaving and travelling to London, England, and then travelling all the way north, through Scotland to the Isle of Skye. I am SO jealous!
When Mom was younger, she visited my great grandfather and other relatives who were still living in Scotland, long before I was born. She loved it so much she almost stayed there. Mom has been talking about that trip she took my whole life, and it's been her dream to go back.
I'm so happy that she is getting the chance to do it again, and she is even getting to see the Edinburgh Tattoo, at the castle. Again, I am very jealous!
I know she is gonna have a great time, and I'm really happy for her. I can't wait to see the pictures when she gets back :)

I am jealous too. I'm dying to go travel Europe and the UK. I'm hoping I'll suddenly be rich next year and be able to go before I'm too old. Speaking of which...
When you look at yourself in the mirror and say that you aren't old just picture me as the little "angel" on your shoulder saying......DAMN RIGHT YOU ARE!!!!

Does your mom need some one to hold her luggage? carry her purse? anything like that? I'll do it!
Tell I wish she has a great time. She's earned a vacation.
